Sous Chef - Rebecca Bates
Rebecca knew culinary was her forte since she was a child, growing up in Enfield , CT.

Holidays we're her way to showcase the little talent she expressed. Bringing little cakes and scones to her family's parties from her mother's Betty Crocker cookbook.

As she grew up she studied more and more,  realizing there was infinite number of recipes and many famous chefs. Watching Juila Child became a before bed ritual.

She took every class of culinary in grade school. She attended LIncoln Culinary Institute with culinary arts honors. She volunteered teaching an couples Italian cooking class. Someday winning the James Beard Award will be apart of her biography and not just a dream.

We are happy and proud to have Rebecca as part of our Tosca team.
